We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is at the customer's expense, unless the item arrives faulty or damaged.

For a safe and optimal candle experience, always trim the wick to 0.5 cm before lighting. It's important to keep the candle free of any foreign materials, including matches and wick trimmings, to ensure a clean burn. Always place your candle on a level, fire resistant surface when lit. Do not to burn it for more than 4 hours at a time.
