At Gregori Collective, we want you to feel the joy, calm, and connection in every candle you purchase. If for any reason you're not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help. We accept returns for most items within 14 days of receipt, ensuring you have a smooth, hassle-free experience.

 

Returns & Refunds
We understand that sometimes a product may not be the perfect fit. If you'd like to return an item, it must be in unused, unopened condition, with original packaging and tags intact. Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the product is faulty or damaged.

 

Damaged or Defective Items
Each Gregori Collective candle is carefully handcrafted, and we take great care to ensure quality. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 working days of receiving your order. We may require photos of the damage to assess the issue. If approved, we will offer a replacement or refund, and we will cover the cost of return shipping for the damaged item.

 

How to Return or Exchange
Get in Touch: Reach out to us at info@gregoricollectove.com within 14 days of receiving your item. Let us know the reason for the return and include your order number.


Return Approval: After reviewing your request, we’ll send you detailed instructions for returning your product. Please ensure it’s securely packaged to avoid any damage.


Return Shipping: You’re responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged.


Refund Processing: Once we’ve received your returned item and it’s been inspected, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 14 days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
